The Rahma Health Clinic offers primary care and preventative care services for acute and chronic conditions, routine diagnosis and treatment of illnesses, conditions and injuries, screening, counseling, and medication monitoring.

Our long term goal is to operate every weekday in addition to Saturdays. Rahma seeks to serve the South Side community and help address and stem the disproportionate number of people who are admitted to hospitals suffering from preventable illnesses such as high blood pressure, uncontrolled diabetes, asthma and pneumonia.
